DENNIS OVENS

Widely renowned as one of the most constant player on the circuit, Dennis Ovens always struggles to bring his floor form to the big TV events, with his Quarter final finish in the World championship in 2005 his best finish in a TV tournament over a career that has spun 4 decades. Unluckily for Dennis, he missed the last dart ( Double 12 ) for a 9 Dart finish, in an amazing game against Alan Tabern last year in which he eventually lost in a final leg shoot out.

Often known for his stubble look, he has been nicknamed by fellow darts players as captain hobo, although this look comes from a superstition from which he claims when he shaves before a match, he loses!
