Round 3 Update - James Wade Out

James wade was knocked out of the Bluesq Open by Peter One Dart Manley. It was a great match that went right to the wire with James wade missing double top for the game and leaving Manley to take out the same in a deciding leg.  Mervyn King was also knocked out of the tournament by Michael Barnard 9-8 on a deciding leg.  Which means both of this years Premier League finalists are out.

UK OPEN Live Tonight

Live Coverage Starts at 7pm GMT

The first round of the FA Cup of darts gets underway this evening. Onstage tonight are some top players including a mouth watering tie with new star of the PDC ranks Gary Anderson taking on ‘Aussie’ Paul Nicholson.

The glamourous Anastasia Dobromyslova is also in action when she takes on Andy Roberts, whilst Adrian Gray takes on Diamond Dave Askew.

Wade claims Premier League crown

James Wade has won the Premier League of darts 2009 with a 13-8 victory over Mervyn King.  Wade flew out of the blocks racing to a 7-0 lead.  King then got his first leg on the board with a 156 finish, he then went on to win 7 out of the next 9 legs to make it 7-9 in Wades favour.  James wade again kicked on and pulled away to take the title and the £125,000 prize.

King defeats taylor in semi final

Mervyn King has just confirmed his place in this years Premier League Final with a 10-6 victory over Phil Taylor.  The final lineup is now Mervyn King versus James Wade.  We will have live scores once the final starts.
